Pros

Great place if seeking opportunity to learn new skills, particularly in people management and KPI's. Opportunities for overtime rates mean an individual so inclined can earn more than typically available to most. Fantastic tools available for someone striving to develop their career People who have a certain "grit" within their work ethic can thrive and reap serious rewards in relatively short space of time

Cons

High pressure environment but not always in a constructive way. Political environment where opinion sways decisions as well as career progression. Not a job for overly empathetic individual as agency headcount fluctuates relative to volume.
