Pros

Pay, benefits, and time off are the first and only things that come to mind.

Cons

Toxic work environment across the company. It's so refreshing when you get to work with someone who's not actively trying to be a blocker. It's almost as if people create problems to make them feel/look important to justify their jobs. The toxicity and constant blame for problems that you didn't cause weigh on you after a certain time, it didn't used to be this way though. People used to have fun and enjoy themselves here, now it's pretty common to see people, at best, indifferent about their role. RTO and other decisions by Sr. Leadership have ruined morale but they're fully aware of the market at the moment, so there's no reason for them to try to hold on to their workforce.
