Pros

1. Fantastic peer group- some of the highest IQ people you will find in any org. 2. Cutting edge processes & programs in the E-commerce space 3. Good Salary+ Stocks + Joining Bonus

Cons

1. Internal strife between some internal teams (as multiple teams/leaders are owning same/co-owned goals) 2. Slightly hierarchical in terms of Levels (atleast in Bangalore WTC office)

Pros

Independence, you learn how to deal with ambiguity, there are endless opportunities for self-development, strong emphasis on leadership principles, focus on objective data can make any employee regardless of level be heard, great overall compensation

Cons

Managers are solely hired based on IC performance (lack leadership skills), the company has little to no interest in employee well-being, very limited contributions to society, very hierarchical (escalations can turn over well-planned roadmaps), CEO does not understand the balance between directing teams towards problems and making them sick and churn from stressful escalations

Pros

Good Salary, all expenses paid, lots of interesting work, signing on bonus and invested stocks after 1 year

Cons

This list at no end, it’s the worst Company I have ever worked in. No work life balance, long days, lots of traveling. Every one has about the work load of about 5 people. The business has no structure, procedure or processes , like most conventional companies. So everyone has to be able to work in chaos. I have found management to be raciest (in the UK). This is a company that simply do not care about people, only profits.
