Pros

Clear performance metrics and expectations Good exposure to operations and leadership practices Opportunity to develop people management skills early on Great pay compared to similar roles in other warehouses

Cons

Advancement often depends more on networking than performance Physically demanding work depending on the shift Work-life balance can be difficult, especially during peak seasons Feedback isn’t always heard or implemented

Pros

Not bad for a starter job, my resume looks better now.

Cons

I think i developed tinitis from prolonged expose to the loud sounds you typically expect from a warehouse, while amazon usually has the cleanest warehouses its still a warehouse.

Pros

Learn in a quick and high pace environment Gain leadership skills Learn to lead a team and how the warehouse operations work.

Cons

Still an hourly worker Can’t speak for the whole company but at times at my site we were short handed and the more we got done with less people the more we were put in that situation.
