Pros

You’ll learn more in a year here than you might learn in three years somewhere else. It’s a fast-paced environment where you’re trusted with real responsibility early on. The culture pushes ownership, problem solving, and using data to make decisions. If you like operating at a high level and seeing immediate impact from your work, it’s a great place to build strong leadership and operational skills. There’s also a lot of opportunity to move around if you perform.

Cons

It can be intense. The pace doesn’t really slow down, especially during peak. Metrics drive everything, which can sometimes make the job feel transactional. Work-life balance can be tough depending on your site and role. Expectations are high, and you’re expected to figure things out quickly, even when resources are tight.
