Pros

Super well organized company and everyone is friendly

Cons

You might feel like a small fish in a large pond since the company is so large. This can also be spun into a position though!

Pros

In Santa Barbara, you get to work on an industry-leading, up-and-coming product with Alexa, equipped with all of the resources of Amazon, but with a small-company, start-up culture due to the fact that this office was originally a start-up (Graphiq), and acquired by Amazon in 2017. The people are all very friendly, spend time together outside of work, and are very smart/ambitious. I've been out of school for nearly 7 years, and haven't met a more talented set of coworkers elsewhere.

Cons

Santa Barbara is a smaller town, so trips up to SF or down to LA are a nice needed break on occasion.
