Pros

Salary, benefits (albeit not as good as some other tech companies/start ups). Surrounded by smart people. Challenging. If you can find the right team -- a great work life balance. Ability to work from home/flexible schedule.

Cons

A lot of your experience depends on your direct manager and peers. There are some corporate politics that aren't great, but the ability to move teams is quite easy in case you don't get along with your manager/peers.

Depending on the team - hours can be tough. There is no limit to the amount of work to be done.

Pros

Big Brand, Frugal but not a cheap company, some teams really doing good work

Cons

Highly competitive and hence people fake a lot of times, too much red tape, On a steady decline as the work culture is not adapting to the changing corporate paradigm
