Don't expect freebies like free lunch or gym membership benefits but you will earn a lot of other aspects of professional career for free in this amazing place.

Cons

Can sometimes do a better job at being employee friendly as well. It is not to say Amazon does not provide any benefits or Employees expect freebies but the motivation levels need to be boosted from time to time so that obsession on customers stays alive !
