Pros

Compensation was fairly nice for L5 DS compared to other tech companies

Cons

Poor work life balance, and toxic management and culture. If you have a bad manager, you are doomed.

Pros

Work hours are generally ok for tech job family. Pay is good. When hiring was open, moving internally was quite easy. Culture varies by team, generally ok but don't expect to make friends through work

Cons

Culture became more toxic as the layoffs/cost cutting regime was put in place, you need to gather enough visibility to survive each year. This gets in the way of working as well, as the learning curve has flatten for me and my colleagues in the past year or two.
