Pros

I can’t think of any.

Cons

Micro-management - every single move you make the managers are watching you. You have to reach your quota - picking or stowing so your site will look good for the upper management. Managers don’t really rotate the workers, sometimes you’re inside the chiller for 6 hours straight.

Pros

- Bosses aren't as superiorly anal about being time off task for more than 1 minute - Some managers are respectful

Cons

- Some managers treat you like a child - Be expected to have multiple responsibilities in any given day (ICQA, Receiving, Picking all in a day) - Very little PTO, even if you're sick you have to use UPT or PTO, and if you don't have any hours left then you'll go negative and marked by HR
