      Interesting only if you want to live in the south of France

      Pros

      Only advantage this company has is the balance work/personal life. In other words, you only work if you want to. You can easily just let the time pass by, come whenever you want and leave early.

      Cons

      Old company with old way of managing and acting. Very vertical hierarchy with no evolution possibilities. HR department is completely useless to the point of suggesting employees to look for other jobs before actually helping them in their careers.

      Ability to wok remotely. Office space is nice.

      Cons

      Many restructuring changes have happened over the last several years which has led to ALOT of dedicated, knowledgeable, long term employees being let go.
