Cons

Culture, Politics and Groupism. Recently changed dynamics, lot of silent layoffs. Employee centricity is only on books. Sometimes HRs and Management work against employees. Medical leaves denied. Employee feedback is used against them, rather work in it or discussing with employee.

All Promotions are given only to ex-Cybage employees. Very bad diversity ratio on senior positions. All positive reviews has been falsely posted within a duration of 1 month in June. Cybage's Service based culture is followed here.
