      Pros

      - Good pay - If your team is good may be you will be lucky to survive for 1 year in the company.

      Cons

      -No employee friendly policies like Work from home(not even in dire need) especially the Bangalore R&D center. -Age old frameworks. -Lot of politics in management level. -They lure candidates in interview by offering them onsite but be aware don't waste your career for just 2 weeks of onsite.

      -If you have no career aspiration, best company to be. -Paymasters

      -No flexibility. -worst policies -Lot of show-off -No good work -Service based culture in the name of product company.

      Big history cloudy future

      Pros

      The lucky ones can work with brand new technology,in a financially excellent company. Good compensation. Easy to get support for training. Nice and international work environment and low stress level.

      Cons

      Very old outdated rigid processes. No technical career path and big gap between management and workers. Roles are designed for protective behavior not for efficiency (bureaucracy). Strictly no career opportunities at all and NO reward for outstanding performance. Politics ruining the work culture, lots of people working there for long enough not to know about any new things in the outside world.
