Cab facility , free food and good outings

Cons

Work culture is toxic , the managers are mostly inefficient and have no clue about technology. Managers often do micromanagement, The process followed is unnecessary and kills lot of productivity . People are not treated well in the organization especially contractors who are always made to feel like outsiders The company is facing lot of financial crunch and many projects are getting ramped down and many people are being silently fired . So the outlook doesnt look good due to covid . Better to avoid amadeus for next two years as job security will not be there . No variable bonus will be given this year and no hike for this year .

Pros

If you are part of the core product teams then only there are chances of your tech development. Some times if you are lucky you get a chance to work on development projects.

Cons

Fixed tech stack, no room for innovation (no support from the management). Since it is a product based organization but most of the work in Bangalore is for Services and Support Side. Mid-level and top-level management is biased towards some individual. No clear feedback during Year-end review. Mid-year review feedback is totally different what you get in year-end as the year-end reviews are biased from mid and top-level management side. Little or no appreciation from Management. If some of the concerns are voiced out to the managers they are not given any importance or considerations. Once you put down papers then only they realize your importance (formality sake with no intention for your betterment).
