Pros

Some benefits such as free food, cabs at very lower price, gives good year end gifts, not below standard pay, despite pandemic hitting the airlines industry hard, there was no firing in India.

Cons

- Work-life balance is ok in some BU and projects while in others especially services its really bad. - Agile and SAFE implementation is just for the namesake, client deliverables drive everything. - Too much politics and not technically good managers. - Developers being scrum masters as well takes away independence from the rest of the team. -Never respect the development work or give time to develop better - you will loose skills and best way to do things if you are a developer - On-calls in most of the teams where you need to support weekends, public holidays etc -taking leave is a challenge most of the time - While most service companies are still in WFH mode, Amadeus and its policies around WFH has been absolutely confusing. - Not sure how they find tell they are top 5 best places to work in.

If you like commercial aviation with a lot of different and complex applications to confuse you - this is the company.

Cons

A lot - employees are overworked and under-appreciated. Negative and toxic environment all over. Bad office politics. You are on your own and no one is there to help you. Also, they got rid of many of their loyal employees in 2020 - no job safety.
