Leadership and board has been leading the group into the wrong direction for years (check revenue numbers over the last few years and the share price - compare with direct competitors to get a picture). The complete lack of leadership results in bad decision making in terms of strategy and culture and a lot of good people leaving.

Fake Sales figures shown by Mid & top level managers. Mid and Top management is quite less educated- Bsc./ Bcom people from general staffing, who does not anything about market are heading sales and delivery. Mad behind sales. High attrition is the result. Cheap, unprofessional behaviour and talks in sales meetings. Not a good brand in India to work for. just like another road side consultancy. Plus, TA team does not even know the meaning of Talent Acquisitions.
