Salary, diversity and business challenges.

Cons

Slow corporate dynamics (approvals, budgets, and way of working), slow IT operations and implementation, no digital thinking, poor management and vision. Managers moving within the company every 6 months, so no impact, nothing changes.

Local office in Prague is nice.

Cons

IT department changed since 2020 with completely new team from UK, who brought in many former colleagues and created their own way of working closed to others. My colleagues experienced discrimination and duress treatment. At the end complete former team left. Who collaborated from other department with new IT team, left by time as well.
