Most colleagues are very friendly and open Good employee benefits (social activities, STI plan, extra holidays, canteen allowance) Competitive salary Diversity of work and people helping each other Nice facilities Some colleagues n company for very long time and great to learn from them!

Cons

Many people doing things just to do things, without thinking of larger picture or most effective process Some leaders are not very strong creating toxic environments and too much hierarchy; little done to help these leaders or dismiss them Strategy is sometimes unclear Career planning is not very transparent and employees not notified of progression Many reorganisations resulting in many shifts of direct managers

Amazing colleagues - truly wonderful people. Colleagues are truly appreciated and encouraged to grow - after over 17 years in Adecco I have worked in 4 countries and had around 12 different positions. Amazing training programs and sports programs - I have run the Athens Marathon and done 2 Olympic Triathlons with the Group. A real feeling of energy and collaboration between departments and countries.

Cons

The pace is very fast - priorities change quite often. Some people have difficulties with this.
