- bureaucracy - lack of long term strategy in my BU - coworkers: basic level, i.e.: almost no one speaks English (neither willing to learn). - working environment: extremely competitive (not healthy), not trustworthy, no one would go in the same direction, absolutely everyone was chasing their one convenience. - managers: short term mindset, lack of team management.
