      not really anything to shout about at all with them, basic stuff expected at any company really.

      Cons

      1. Staff are nice when needed 2. Business has no direction 3. Staff are not treated the best 4. The company has been getting rid of a lot of staff over the last 12 months 5. Salary is not the greatest - looking at market value they offer a lot less than what is expected from the job 6. Lack of acknowledgement for the work from the Senior management / board members

      Terrible strategic leadership. Lack of coherent technology. Leaders who shouldn’t be leaders. Favoritism. Poor benefits. Ok pay.
