Pros

I worked for 10 years within the business and had a wonderful time. Yes, there was challenges and many changes, but in a global business this is always going to happen. Overall, the people were very helpful and engaged and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I would 100% return to work within the Group. Alex Fleming is an inspirational business leader who truly cares about her people and the growth of the business.

Cons

Brand collaboration - unfortunately this was an on-going problem that prevented business growth.
