Pros

- You will be part of a gigantic spinning wheel and if you possess any valuable skill you will do what you are good at for top of the line clients. - If you explicit them they will let you follow your professional interests. - You have the opportunity to build a global network of peers, especially during the periods of training abroad (which if you apply for it, happens already during your first year).

Cons

- They will try to make you stay long hours suggesting you should declare the normal 8 hours. - Colleagues at the same level are generally ok with this. - Salary is in line with others in Italy but totally unbalanced (very low/ridiculous) compared to your Accenture's peers of the same level in the rest of Europe / World.
