Pros

This is a remote position and has great resources to support their employees. Lots of opportunity to explore different roles with highly experienced teams.

Cons

Salary is lower compared to other places. Also it looks like performance assessment tools are not being used as they are meant to be and therefore, there is not much transparency on how the bonuses are being determined. Receiving constructive feedback is challenging and seems like it is not the priority for the project lead.

Cons

Work can be very boring and not engaging. Also not great perks for a consulting company (still no sick leave even after a pandemic, no wellness fund/similar perks)
