good culture good extra benefits like family planning work-life balance is pretty fair

Cons

internal organization is signifcantly less compensated as client-facing very conservative with market responses in terms of stopping promotions/bonuses PTO isnt great when you start out and doesn't accumulate as quickly as youd want it to Really easy to get siloed in your area and hard to break out into new opportunities to build your skills in other areas

The compensation is reasonable. The opportunity to work from home is a positive aspect, and there may be travel opportunities based on client requirements, making it a suitable option for those who enjoy traveling.

Cons

There is a presence of internal cliques within the company, which can make career advancement challenging if you're not closely aligned with those groups. The overall work environment can sometimes feel disorganized. A negative review from a previous account lead had a significant impact on my performance review, resulting in an assessment below expectations. Following this, I was reassigned from one project in March to another. Unfortunately, I was let go mid-project. Additionally, my account lead for my final project was difficult to reach, as he rarely responded to my emails or team messages, which were crucial for the end-of-year review. Despite multiple attempts to contact him over the course of a month, I received no response. Eventually, I had to ask my team lead to reach out on my behalf, which took an additional two weeks for any feedback. When the decision was made to end my employment, the client account I was working with was unaware of the situation and was caught off guard. My account lead was under the impression that my project roll-off date was at the end of January, when in fact it was set for the end of June, reflecting a lack of communication and clarity from management.

Cons

Competitive; flipside to having high performers is sharp elbows and somewhat political environment. Need a strong network of advocates to advance. Up or out culture.
