      Competitive Salary, Good PTO, 1 week of paid training per year.

      Cons

      VEEEERY steeped in liberal politics: gender identity, VEEEERY DEI (at least 3 DEI messages every day, huge BLM support, unconscious bias training for white males, etc.) based on race and gender but thought diversity is frowned upon. Career advancement is so-so.
