      - Great way to make money - Autonomy to drive business - Flexible schedule

      Cons

      - It's a sales driven culture (what have you done for me lately type of environment) - Burocratic structure which makes it difficult to get answers or find help when you need it. No one seems to be sure who is responsible for what. - Unrealistic view of market conditions, meaning leadership does not care what the market is bearing, just getting results. This also leads to them setting unrealistic goals.
