      Pros

      Every interaction was awesome, the people, the work, everything. I switched careers recently before this job and they were open welcoming patient and were more than willing to assist with learning and career progression. Overall this company gave me faith in my decision to switch careers

      Cons

      Not a whole lot really. The biggest downside was contract work.

      Pros

      Good networking with all sort of other engineers from different industries (automotive, transport, defence and pharma) during company events. There used to be also a good salary package for the old expat contract (RSI).

      Cons

      Small opportunities to have a career growth: normally, as consultant, I was assigned to any available customer who required my technical skills without any specific career orientation. Also, annual evaluations do not have fixed and clear criteria to award pay raises or rewards. There is also often a huge turnover in terms of business managers and consultants.
