      Pros

      Decent pay when they pay you accurately. Allow employee to do their job without checking on them daily.

      Cons

      You do not get paid time off with Modis/AKKODIS. You do not get vacation days either. Both paid time off/vacation/sick leave should be negotiated with salary. The only company I know that doesn't offer leave or sick leave. Then when you sign up for health benefits and the company can get your health benefits/payments right, not a company that supports their employees 100%.

      Pros

      Used to be the management under the Adecco that was the pros working for Adecco/Modis/Akkodis.

      Cons

      The demanding atmosphere and pressure of not having a submittal in 24-48 hours for very difficult positions to fill. When the division was under Adecco was more family feel and colaboration and when it flipped over to Modis/Akkodis it was more cut throat and recruiters were not working together.
