      Behind bold brand sits weak leadership

      Competitive salaries. Dedicated, collegiate employees.

      1. Top leadership obsessed with brand visibility (e.g. Mercedes’ F1 sponsorship) over tackling fundamental issues. 2. President lacks ability to motivate team to translate vision into performance (think more of a second-rate Sales Manager…). 3. Don’t expect to find an integrated company — it’s still AKKA and Modis. Perhaps Adecco, a hiring company, does not know what to do with Akkodis, a tech company? Nb. Rumours of sell trigger instability amongst employees.

      What a scam!!! These people will initially not inform you that they are not authorised to recruit in India. After all the interview processes are completed with their client, which will take months, depending on their mood to work, and once you are selected, they will introduce you to Triveni IT Consulting (again a small US based consultant firm, who are also not authorised to recruit in India either) and in turn Triveni IT will introduce you to SB3 Software Pvt Ltd. This company is located in Kolkata and you can assume how fishy the business of a company would be, who are located operationally in an irrelevant IT destination like Kolkata. God knows what kind of shell company this is, or a scam call center this might be. And the Akkodis folks repentlessly make you go through all this without even a sorry for the miscommunication/scam. They try to make you feel privileged for being scammed. Total wastage of time. Not a reliable organisation to communicate with in the first place. Beware of these small scale consulting firms based out of US. US based organisation implies that, regardless of how small the organisation is, they will rarely have morality.
