A lot of changes with the AKKA merger - Was a better company when it was Modis.

Over the last 2 years, have had a lot of changes and with those changes , the culture has been changed dramatically as well. It used to be that based on your success and quality of hire , you were considered “successful”. With new leadership, the culture has changed to be more salesy and less focused on candidate experience. They would prefer that you push resumes on your clients as opposed to having an actual relationship. Day to day work isn’t too bad, it’s just top management is completely clueless and have no idea that they’re actually destroying what used to be a great company to work for.
