Pros
From the line-level employee to mid-level management, the people are incredible. They are passionate about their work, their customers and doing a great job.
Cons
The senior level management to the board of directors at ABB are lost. There is a lack of strategy and where there is a strategy, it remains within the confines of headquarters never to see the light of day. The net result is a brain drain of some of their finest IoT and digital tallent, a stagnate share price and a bloated bureaucracy. For the sale of their employees and customers, I hope they find the means to get out of their own way.
