1. What would you do on the first sales call? MANAGERS WANT TO MAKE THEMSELVES CORRECT AND WANT YOU TO PROVE THE WRONG. 2. How many days do you need to close the sale? Scenario-based question on sales (1. if a client looking deal in Dubai his dates are fixed, and plan are fixed what would you offer him, ) My Answer:- I will try to create urgency if I know he is not flexible, and also make the deal more attractive by offering some value-added services like a hotel room, activities upgrade, food service, or something. My Answer:- if it's because of trust I will generate more trust by showing him our testimonials, showing social media posts, and big names who travel with our company and are happy, I share about our 24*7 support, and I will inform him the client to have experience with us once and forever. He adds the next question what if the client switches to the 20k lesser price deal? I answered: I add a value proposition by talking about a good experience, and expertise on the location and package he would trying to buy, I tell him the other company may change the package later date like a taxi is not available at the airport, non-veg food is not available during this XYZ week or drinks will not available outside bar and something like that. I will tell the client to book with us with 100% responsibility and expertise. 5. What you will do if you are not able to perform in a sales role, how would you handle the pressure or deal with this stress? My answer:- This never happened to me as I have an experienced person in travel sales. However, if such a situation would come I will hold and see what more senior performers are doing and what I am doing wrong, I will take this to my senior and take advice from team leaders or maybe the manager on this, then I will change my approach accordingly. 6. We stay office until the work is not done, if you see a sale is about to convert or close and it's 8-9 pm what would you do Will you stay in the office or leave? My Answer:- In my experience, I have seen this scenario generally comes when you don't manage your task or time effectively, I know how to manage these things so not an issue for me, I will complete the task within time and would able to finish the task according to the official time. However, if some situation asks me to stay I don't mind staying until my work is not done.
