At high school or university, what leadership roles did you take on?
How did you fare in high school mathematics, physical sciences and computing? Which were strengths and which most enjoyable? How did you rank, competitively, in them?
Made it only to written interview and psychometric assessments but I very much do not think that some standardised test based on time do show your true self. Especially for the the type of position I personally found it completely irrelevant to try a 'fits-it-all' test.
Many business cases with specific questions were asked. The STAR method can be used to answer questions since managerial capabilities are being tested.

Asked me about why ideas and what I could bring to the company. Asked about reasons for leaving role I was in and reassurance given that same issues would not be present in new role.
