Manager questions were more personal, about me, my hobies, my personality. Higher management were skills based, about my CV, previous experiences and scenarios. E.g. "What would you do if a client pushed back for a large change at the last minute before the event"

They asked me more about my personality than experience. I really appreciated this approach, I was able to share and "sell" myself while in interpersonal conversation rather than an interrogation. I was able to lead with my best foot forward because Lulafit really wanted to know ME.
