A scenario question was presented by which a budget amount, event specifics and given a deadline for the event. Then I was told that the client two weeks before the event cut the budget by $5K. What would I do and what changes would I make to ensure the events success?
I was asked several types of questions over the course of the interview including skill based, competency, and behavioral type questions. All reasonable and some more challenging than others.
They asked standard interview questions, such as why are you interested in the position, where do you see yourself in five years, etc.
Standard interview questions, including what skills do you have that would help you in this role, how comfortable are you with technology and what experience do you have with customer service.
