Enterprise Sales Manager Interview Questions

178 enterprise sales manager interview questions shared by candidates

Initial interview was spent discussing the growth of the organization and markets serviced. There was a focus on vetting for culture compatibility at this meeting. Standard questions pertaining to sales history and approach. Second interview was conducted with Sales Manager and CFO. The questions in second meeting were standard sales behavioral questions. i.e. tell us about a difficult, complex sales. How do you build value. ect.. The interview process was pleasant, although, it was confusing as to why the CFO was present. Perhaps it's customary for this to happen, however, an individual in a sales or sales service capacity would make more sense IMHO. Some of the questions seem to be used to support an existing belief -- helping to support a confirmation bias - which is a trap any interviewer should be aware of.
