The phone interviews were all a little bit different. One was a role play where they tried to determine my level of coachability. One was a barrage of technical questions to see how familiar I was with eCommerce as an industry. One was an informal conversation about the company's history, vision, direction and a description of the role.

I have had a number of recent interviews, this is by far the weirdest of all. The President is rude, aggressive and talks to you like your an idiot and although I carried on through the process I would not have excepted the role anyways.
