First round was basic behavioural questions trying ascertain basic requirements, HR was essentially checking off the box for the key requirements of the role with its questions. The second round to me was the toughest, functional questions to identify competences - Describe a situation where you led a process that did ........, and improved customer experience? How would you handle the following .... etc What would you do in your first 90 days?
