deVere Group interview questions

After going through an online seminar and passing the numerical and verbal test, I was invited to a face to face interview. The interviewer focused on asking questions related to my desire to work in wealth management. They also focused considerable attention to my desire and ability to work internationally.

The interview process begun with a brief 15 minute Skype interview which tested the level of knowledge of both the industry and the company, combined with questions regarding university and professional experience; particularly to do with sales. The assessment centre was held at The Hilton Hotel at Heathrow. This was a three and a half hour day which consisted of four key tasks, the tasks were predominantly sales and communication skills based, quite challenging but enjoyable nevertheless.
