Interview
Interview process is unusual however very easy as long as you know what kind of person they're looking for and whether you fit into this. The assessment centre consisted of various group activities which are just about taking part and standing out without being overly 'try hard'. There's a one-to-one section that only lasts a matter of minutes, prepare answers to kind of obvious interview questions. Go in with a positive attitude and confidence, it's really not a stressful kind of day so don't panic.

Interview
The webinar was really insightful, definitely listen carefully because they tell you so many important facts. Telephone interview was very short and intense, but I got the impression they just wanted to get to know you as a person rather than how much you know about the industry. Final assessment day was several group exercises and a mini sales pitch.
