Detailed. Conducted a number of group activities. Practices sales techniques. Asked about our future motivations and where we would see ourselves int he future. Took a personality quiz, Discussed company and company ethos. What kind of people will be successful in the industry and company. Challenged ourselves to step outside the comfort zone and take on new challenges.

The whole process took a few weeks. I applied it online and got a response 2 weeks later. A senior Manager called me in the morning and asked me if I will be availabe for the interview. The interview was arranged 2 days later. The manager and his assistant are very friendly and helpful. But they do ask about your passport and visa things. I guess they dont provied visa to their employees but it didnt fit the job description.
