My previous experience and client engagement
All questions were relevant and well delivered. Behavoural based questions made me think, felt as though I was given the time to answer questions and was not rushed so they could move onto the next question. Standard questions, eg tell us what you have done so far, a few behavioral based questiones and then follow up question on the points I rased. Organisation is a major player in their catogery, however there culture is relaxed and reflect a country farm attitude. Tomuch of a corporate look from applicants may go against you.
The questions centered around availability and future potential openings.
