STAR style interview questions and responses (Google if unfamiliar). Have a situation to talk about for each of these topics and you’ll be golden. 1. A time that you had to solve a difficult problem. 2. A time you exceeded someone’s expectations. 3. A time you felt overwhelmed. 4. A time you received constructive feedback. 5. A time where you coped with a substantial change at work or school. 6. A time you received conflicting information. 7. A time where a customer told you no. 8. A time you did something wrong at work. 9. A time you learned something new. 10. A time you had to negotiate. Would definitely recommend shifting your answers focus towards customer service if you do not have prior insurance experience as it seems they want to find people that are good with people for this role.
