Walmart Area Manager interview questions

It was a panel interview. I applied online and heard back in about 2 weeks from a recruiter via text (which was a first for me!) I had the first panel interview with 5 people and each asked me a series of STAR type questions - so be prepared! I heard back about 2 days after the first interview stating I was moving forward to the second interview. This was with 2 people - the GM and his boss. A more in depth interview took place using the same STAR method, but it was also more personable as well.

Phone and video. With Basic questions that are in most interviews. Felt comfortable and was informal. Dress was definitely casual. No suite req, actually not recommended in my opinion person conducting interview , HR manager was in sweat pants.
