I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Vodafone (Milano) in Jul 2017
Interview
They invited us to their Milan Campus. They made 5274352734 presentations. They told us how perfect they were. They didn't ask any questions, they didn't have any idea who we were. And the funniest part is coming: at the end of the whooooole 1 day of no drink no food there was an aperitivo BUT it was NOT FOR US. They even put a security guard next to it so food was protected from us ahahaha. Really Vodafone? We went to Mc Donald's to eat and paid all with our student scholarship. Terrible experience.
Interview process had 3 video interview questions, 1 time record and 30 seconds for preperation for each question. All answers in English. Preparation before the interview didnt help me.
