I submitted an application online and quickly received a phone call for a phone interview

The interview process was professional and friendly. The recruiters were prompt in response. There were 3 interviews. One screening with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, then and onsite with several current team members. There was a pretty time consuming creative exercise but it was reasonable.
