When have you been asked to 'bend the rules' by a colleague or client?
Everyone sat together at a table, and we got given a random object that we had to convince everyone to buy. It was overall a friendly experience and everyone was encouraging.
They asked behavioral and specialist questions that related to the position. It was about half an hour long and was conducted over the phone. The interviewer could have put more effort to being a little more friendly.
