How I would go about putting out a vacancy for a role, what steps to follow through out up until the onboarding.
First a written test of about 2-3 hours, followed by an interview with a panel.
I was interviewed by 4 people in total (2 were HR). The interview lasted about 30-40 and each of them asked about 2 questions.
