Target Executive Team Leader - Human Resources interview questions

All behavioral based questions regarding leadership expectations. 3 interviews starting at district level and ending at group level. Interview process is not long. Just over 2 weeks from start to finish

Intern- You have 3 interviews, 1 with a Store Manager, 1 with the District Manager, and 1 phone interview with the Group Manager. Explain in detail how you lead people, that's the only thing that matters is leading a team. You can give an example of teamwork, but you want to tell them how you lead that team.
