Interview
I called to schedule my own interview. They seemed to love that. During the interview, questions like What would you do? and tell me about a time when... were asked A LOT! As long as you smile, are friendly, and mention their core values, (fun, friendly team, etc.), they will eat you up!

Interview
I was contacted by the HR Rep, a week later I had a interview. Someone very rude helped me at the customer service desk. The process took about an hour. Consisted of two interviews. One with a team member, one with a manager. They asked me a few questions, then asked me if I had any questions. I asked the pay, then they said they would be in touch by Monday. That Friday, I received an AUTOMATED EMAIL saying they were unable to offer me a position. I am pretty sure I answered the interview questions well, and I am very qualified for the position I was applying for. Good Luck with this company.

Interview
I filled out an application online and they called me 3 days later. I was instructed to arrive at a certain time and to complete an additional questionaire at the hiring kiosk then to go to guest services and let them know i was there. I waited in their breakroom with 2 other candidates. Their appointments were after mine but they both completed their interviews and started the 2nd one while i hadn't even been seen. The HR lady said they didn't know i was there and had shredded my app. She never knew i was there because she wasn't even in when my appointment was scheduled and no one delivered the message that i was there. They reprinted my app and told me to wait again. 20 min later they called me and I had a 1:1 interview. This woman was reading straight out of a booklet and writing my answers down. I hope they dont judge me based on what she wrote because she didn't even write down all the key points to what I said. (I prepared and studied quite awhile for this interview so my answers would reflect the qualities they were looking for). She was only paying attention to me as much as she had to. I must have done well because I was instructed to wait in the breakroom again for my second interview. Did not have to wait long. This time two people sat behind the desk while one of them asked me questions out of the booklet. These people were more professional than the first and showed more interest, although i think the one doing the interview was being trained by the other. One read questions out of the booklet and wrote my answers. I was able to see a little bit and he wasn't writing down my important points either. But it went well and I believe that I nailed it because every question I got off this site for front-end associates they asked me. Then I was told that if I got the job I would be getting a phonecall and if i didn't i would be getting a letter in the mail. Was told it would happen in 5 - 7 business days. This just happened today so i do not know if i got it yet.
